I have super sensitive skin. I don’t struggle with a ton of acne, but most times using facial products causes ridiculous break outs. (Not exactly what you want facial products to do.)
After a disastrous incident with a charcoal face mask, I was hesitant to try this Red Clay Mask by Acure.
I was terrified, but had too much fun applying this to my face! The package doesn’t have a lot in it, but it’s had enough so far for both my sister and I to use it twice. There’s more left over.
I ended up looking a bit too much like Donald Trump for my taste (this stuff is so orange!) but it was very soothing and did not cause me to break out at all!
In Amazon reviews some people said it smelled horrible. Well, it smells like clay. There’s no unnatural fragrances so you get the basics. Crayon smelling clay. Sorry people, that’s what no added fragrances gets you. But it definitely doesn’t smell horrible, just don’t expect the rich smell of lavender on your face.
For anyone with large pores hoping for a gentle, natural mask I highly recommend Acure Red Clay Mask!
I loved it so much in fact, I listed this as one of my holiday makeup favorite recommendations in my previous post!
